Fujita Short Ram Air Intake
One of the lowest costing engine mods you can do. Hmmmm...cold air or short ram? Better gains? Heat soak? Hydrolock? Blah blah blah. I don't see that big of a deal and I know choosing either one would be worth it. I'm not a competitive racer or anything. But...the SRI's sure sound mean! I ordered off the internet for a good price and my brother and a buddy of mine installed it with me. Pretty straight forward, but it was the first 'major' mod that I did for the car. Man, I love the sound! Here are some before and after pics.
Here's a pic of my stock air intake. It's nice and quiet, but quite restrictive. Air had to travel through a lot of piping and it was connected to a resonator. The thing weighed a ton!
Installed SRI. Much more room in there now. It's light and looks kinda cool. It's got mad v-tec yo! I was greatly satisfied with the purchase. Anyone remotely interested, get one now!
